Barphil is a manufacturer and wholesaler of footwear, including but not limited to home slippers, outdoor shoes, Birkenstock-style footwear, athletic shoes, snow boots, and casual shoes (“Products”).

We make every effort to display our Products and their specifications as accurately as possible, including through images, descriptions, and technical sheets. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color or detail is accurate. Minor variations in products between different production batches may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

  • Account: To place an order, you may be required to create a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Order Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information for all orders, including valid tax identification numbers and shipping details. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to make the purchase on behalf of the stated business entity.

In such cases, we will issue a refund if payment has been collected.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

  • Defective Products: Our policy regarding defective Products will be detailed in our separate Quality Assurance & Warranty Policy or your specific supplier agreement. Please contact us immediately at bcproduction@vbfootwear.com to report any defects upon receipt of goods.
  • General Returns/Exchanges: Due to the B2B nature of our business, general returns or exchanges for non-defective items are typically not accepted unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to the order. All sales of non-defective goods are considered final.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, product designs, and software, is the property of Barphil or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
